Nursery Funding, Session Times and Charges
Nursery Funding
We offer a range of flexible nursery sessions, with both government-funded places and paid sessions available.
Families may be eligible for:
- 15 hours free childcare (universal entitlement)
- 30 hours free childcare (eligible working families)
Funded hours are available during term time and can be used within our core nursery sessions.
All three and four year old’s are entitled to 15 hours of free education a week, for 38 weeks of the year (term time). Visit Free Early Learning website for more information on Free Early Learning for your child in Barking & Dagenham.
The government also has the ‘extended offer’, of 30 Hours of free childcare, for three and four year old’s which is applicable to working families.
