To be able to use powerful verbs and expanded noun phrases to improve descriptions.

Can you use some of the powerful descriptive language that you have read in legends so far, to create a vivid picture for the reader?

Success Criteria

• Think of a word beginning with the alphabet letter.
• Use that word to begin a descriptive sentence about a part of the dragon's body.
• Include expanded noun phrases and powerful verbs in your sentences.
