Dear Year 4 pupils and Parents/Carers,
Happy New Year!!!
We would like to welcome you back for the new school term. Although most of you will be learning from home, we are still here to support your learning journey as usual.
The topic for this term is... Incredible Sports!
We will be learning about all things sport. Professional athletes, Ancient Greece, Nutrition, Healthy eating and Sportsmanship are just a few of the things we will be covering in this new and exciting topic.
On our year 4 page you will find some very interesting Maths, English and Topic lessons which must be completed each day.
Please ensure that you are also using Bug Club on a daily basis to keep up with your reading. There are tasks on here which will support you with this.
Make sure to also practice your Times Table Rock Stars.
We wish you all the very best, Mr. Choudhury and Mrs. Johnson.
Welcome to Year 4!
We are both extremely excited to welcome you back into school. We have got lots of engaging learning activities for you all this term. Our new topic is called ‘Visitors from other shores’. Alongside our learning activities, we will be ensuring that your well-being is at the fore-front of all that we do in school.
As a reminder, your PE day will be on Friday. Please also remember to bring in a water bottle with your name on it.
Parents, continue to support your child at home especially with times tables and allow your child to read at least three times each week and write a comment to support this in their diary.
Many thanks for your support,
Mrs Johnson and Mr Choudhury
