Nursery Admissions

If you would like your child to join our Nursery, please collect an application form from the school office. Nursery application forms are available from November for children due to start the following September. If places become available during the school year, we may also be able to offer in-year Nursery admissions. Please contact the school office for further information.

Please note that a place in our Nursery does not automatically guarantee a place in Reception. If you would like your child to continue at Marsh Green Primary School, you must submit a separate application for a Reception place through the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, as explained below.

Reception - Year 6 Admissions

Admissions for children starting Reception and all in-year admissions (moving schools during the school year) are managed by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Admissions Arrangements

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham publishes the admission arrangements for all community schools, including Marsh Green Primary School. These arrangements include information about how places are allocated when there are more applications than places available (oversubscription criteria).
