    To identify that animals, including humans, need the right types of food, the right amount of nutrition, and that they cannot make their own food; they get nutrition from what they eat.

    • Revise learning on carnivores, herbivores, omnivores by playing an active game
    • To understand that animals (including humans) can be grouped according to what they eat
    • What types of food do animals eat? Animals can be put into groups based on the types of food they eat. Some animals called carnivores only eat meat. Others are called 'herbivores'. They only eat plants. Animals that eat meat and plants are called 'omnivores'.
