December - Enjoy your time off. Try to read little and often.  Think about the language.  The more you read, the more you know.  Remember, knowledge is power! 

November - learn your lines for our Matchstick Girl’s Christmas.  Practise the song words too please. 

You should be reading three times a week.   Your reading should include discussing the language the author uses.  Try to vary your reading too: stories, newspapers, cook books, information books etc 

14.10.22 - Read the two short comprehension activities and answer the questions.   This will help you with your upcoming reading assessments.

7.10.22 - Letter to Nathaniel Peat to demonstrate the impact of his visit.   Use the knowledge of writing a letter which you have learned in English.
