    28.6.23 We completed a hearing test where we had to identify different sounds. 

    21.6.23 We enjoyed a taste test. We used our sense of taste �� to identify if food was sweet, salty, sour, bland and bitter.

    21.6.23 We learned that our tongue �� is how we can taste we looked at each others tastebuds.

    13.6.23 We did a smell �� test. We used our sense of smell to identify different smells.

    Summer 2

    23.5.23 We then ate our jelly and used our senses to taste the jelly.

    18.5.23 We made jelly watching it turn from a solid to a liquid. We used our senses to touch, feel, smell and hear the jelly.

    16.5.23 We have planted cress seeds and we are going to monitor the growth by completing a fair test.

    16.5.23 We explored the tissue paper colour experiment �� and made predictions.

    16.5.23 We are learning about gravity and forces. We did a sink and float experiment.

    Science Focus week 15th - 18th May 2023

    During this week the children will take part in science experiments �� ��, fair testing, investigations, using their senses and discovering scientific vocabulary.

    10.5.23 We have been exploring our senses. This week we used our sense of touch to feel objects and describe them without seeing them.

    24.4.23 We are learning to label our bodies and name our body parts.
