We are Guinness World Record Holders!

On the 1st July, 15 children took part in a live session with Jamie Oliver in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record of the largest cooking session in the world and we were successful! They cooked pasta from scratch and were able to eat the food afterwards. They learnt a range of culinary skills that they can transpire into the future.

Year 5 students took part in a workshop ran by Make Your Mark. They learnt and created tie dye bandanas, which will be used as costume for the Carnival performance. The children learnt how to make different patterns and how to mix the dye to make the correct consistency before applying it to their materials. The children were fully immersed and created some fantastic patterns.
