    Easter Fun, parade,games and phonics 31.3.23

    We have a visit from Reverend Ray. He spoke about Easter and new life.

    We have been learning about different religions and their symbols, places of workshop and special objects.

    20.1.23 We tried prawn crackers for Chinese new year.

    18.1.23 We have been learning about the Chinese new year celebrations. This year it's the year of the Rabbit. We made lanterns.

    8.11.22 We can retell the story of birth of baby Jesus. We explored the nativity, made masks and explored Christmas sensory toys.

    We created stained glass windows. We have been learning about Christian symbols.

    Autumn 2

    This term we are looking at Christianity and we will be learning the story of Mary, Joseph and Jesus. This will relate to our Christmas performance. 

    We have been learning about our different communities. This term we have been learning about Islam and Muslims. We have been learning what makes a good person. 

    We celebrated different cultures and religions are wore our traditional dress clothes.

    We visited a virtual mosque.
