Spring Term - Week 6 and 7
We went on a walk of our local area! We looked for interesting places that we could include on our maps. We ordered the images of our walk and wrote recounts using time openers.

Spring Term - Week Four
This week we have been learning to use expanded noun phrases. An expanded noun phrase gives more detail or information about a noun in a simple noun phrase. E.g. The dark, enchanted forest.
Spring Term - Week Three
This week, we have been learning about persuasion. Take a look at our persuasive scenarios! We also had some time to finish our mystery door poetry!
Spring Term - Week Two - Exploring the story: Jack and the Beanstalk
Spring Term - Week One
The missing door 🚪
Autumn Term - Week Three
Autumn Term - Week Two
The mystery door remains locked! We found an old, rusty set of keys near the door. Sadly, they did not unlock the door! We went back to class to create setting descriptions of a safe place we would like to see should we step through the door.
Autumn Term - Week One
