All of the children attending Reading Club have really enjoyed learning new skills and practicing how to read and spell different words! They have really enjoyed attending this club! You can see how all of the children have improved in their reading and confidence. Take a look at how much fun we have had.
We have been playing different games with tricky words! We have been practicing recognising these to help us with our reading and writing!
We have been looking at different letters and sounds. We have been practicing segmenting and blending different sounds together to sound out words.
We have been introduced to Obb and Bob. We have been introduced to Alien words. We worked hard to sound out unfamiliar words and had to decide whether it was a real or nonsense word. We found it very funny when Obb burped!
