Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Marsh Green Primary School. Our volunteers make a valuable contribution to school life, whether they support children in the classroom or help with activities around the school. We welcome people who are kind, reliable and keen to make a difference. If you would like to join us, please complete our volunteer and Work Experience application form. All placements are subject to the necessary safeguarding checks.

Our commitment to Safeguarding

At Marsh Green Primary School, safeguarding children is at the heart of everything we do. Before starting, all volunteers must have an enhanced UK DBS check and provide two references. Applicants who have lived abroad as adults will also be asked to provide an overseas criminal record check where one can be obtained. Every volunteer must read Keeping Children Safe in Education and receive safeguarding training from a member of staff trained as a Designated Safeguarding Lead before beginning their placement.
