Wellbeing and Mindfulness Club
In Wellbeing Club this term we have been looking at the 5 ways to wellbeing;
- Connect - making connections with other people can make us feel AMAZING and raise our self-esteem.
- Be active - Being active and moving our bodies is not just good for our physical health but also our mental health.
- Take notice - Taking time to be in the moment, not worrying about what has happened that day or what might happen tomorrow, instead focusing on the now.
- Learn new things - Learning something new is exciting. It doesn't have to be much, reading a new book, listen to music.
- Give - helping and giving to others makes us feel great.
