1.5.20 - Hello everybody!
We hope you are all well and staying sane! During times like these at the moment, it is hard to stay sane and we can sometimes forget that the people we are living with love us dearly and are trying their best to keep each of us safe and well....it is a hard time for EVERYBODY! 😄
As part of channelling our inner wellbeing, Ms Hatton has decided to set you a 30 day yoga challenge for you and your families to join in with. Don't worry, we're going to do it too!
We'll will be uploading a link to a mini yoga lesson each day, teaching one yoga pose! We're going to do it too and we want you to send in photos and videos of you practising your daily pose, and get your family involved too!
Yoga is for everyone! You don’t need to be flexible! In fact... it’s a lot funnier if you’re not 😂
